Our Fitness Coaches will start with a baseline evaluation to establish your individual fitness plan. They will then meet with you at your personally scheduled time to complete your workouts together. Open to Adults and Students 7th–12th grade who are interested in increasing their flexibility, strength, speed, agility, and overall fitness.

Small group personal training sessions consist of 45 minutes of instructor time and include use of the facility and equipment during your scheduled time plus 1 hour in the facility before and/or after your session for personal stretching and physical warm up/down time.
