WATER FITNESS - Discover the refreshing power of Water Fitness! This popular class offers an exceptional way to tone and strengthen your entire body with little to no impact on your joints. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, the natural resistance of the water provides a challenging yet gentle exercise experience. Enjoy a dynamic blend of cardio and resistance strength training, to boost cardiovascular health, build lean muscle, improve flexibility and burn calories effectively. The buoyancy of water provides a supportive environment, making it ideal for those recovering from injuries, managing joint pain, or simply seeking a fun and effective alternative to land exercises. Mondays or Thursdays: 5:30 PM, or Wednesdays: 6:00 AM - Cost:  $58.00

Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.

All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length. 

Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
