WATER FITNESS is an excellent way to tone and strengthen your body with little to no impact to your joints. This popular water workout is a blend of cardio and resistance strength training, and may incorporate water resistance equipment.

Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
