STRENGTH (Women 50+) As women age they lose muscle mass at a higher rate then when they are young. We offer this class to help them strengthen their arms, legs, glutes and core muscles to build the structure their bodies need to keep active. Sign up for both Tuesday & Thursday classes for a consistant twice a week workout.

In partnership with Northview Fitness Center  we offer this weekly program to help you COMMIT TO BE FIT!

Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.

All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length. 

Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
