This class will incorporate new training routines each week in the 5 planes of movement to encourage and promote a stronger core, better balance, and overall increased strength. ALL abilities welcome! Wednesdays 6:00 pm
In partnership with Northview Fitness Center we offer this weekly program to help you COMMIT TO BE FIT!
Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
