PILATES
Practice classical Pilates exercises to help improve general fitness and overall well being. In this class we will focus on building core strength and improving balance, posture, spinal alignment and flexibility.

In partnership with Northview Fitness Center we offer this weekly program to help you COMMIT TO BE FIT!
Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
