Discover the transformative power of yoga in our inclusive and inviting classes. The practice is designed to connect your mind, body, and spirit through a blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and stillness. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or find inner peace, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of accessible postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). You'll learn to move with intention, cultivate body awareness, and release tension, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and calm. ALL abilities are welcome! Modifications and variations are offered for every pose, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Come as you are, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

In partnership with Northview Fitness Center  we offer this weekly program to help you COMMIT TO BE FIT!

Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.

All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length. 

Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
