Nature’s Artist: An outside journey to abstract creations (9-14 Yrs)

We’re excited to bring you this 3d Nature Camp to engage the campers creative side, by exploring and mixing arts and crafting with science and nature. We'll learn about famous artworks and artists, and how they used science and nature in their artwork. Then work together on projects such as a paper mache, 3d model of a painting or sculpture, and create a self-portrait from things found in nature. Campers will learn about artists like Van Gogh, works of art like Starry Night, and styles of art like the Fibonacci Sequence (found in shells, weather, flowers, etc).
