That's why we've created STRENGTH for Women 50+, a specially designed class to help you counteract this natural process and build the resilient body you deserve! Weight training on essential areas helps to build vial structure to improve balance, stability and energy levels.

Our expert instructors will guide you through safe and effective exercises, helping you to boost your metabolism, improve bone density, enhance daily functional movements, reduce the risk of falls and injuries,and feel more confident and independent!

In partnership with Northview Fitness Center we offer this weekly program to help you COMMIT TO BE FIT!
Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
