You will learn how the unicycle operates and best practices for dismounting the unicycle. We will practice getting on with assistance and feeling comfortable in the seat. By the end of class we will be taking our first shots at riding

The first part of class will be a refresher and a dynamic warm up specific to drills we learned last week. A larger portion of the class will be devoted to riding attempts and poles will be introduced for those interested in using other tools.

We will begin with our warm up and riding practice will be extended. The instructor will introduce another tool for riding (starter blocks) and the instructor will give one on one time with participants needing extra assistance.

This is the week that we will put it all together! Test your ability by seeing how far you can ride. Measure your progress and decide what's next for you personally. Individuals can choose 1)idling 2)mounting 3)riding backwards 4) turns 5)continue simple riding.

Participants will begin to learn and practice their individually selected skills facilitated by the instructor.

This class will be devoted to putting into practice your new skills which could evolve into a game of unicycle basketball or unicycle ultimate frisbee!
