Increase your speed, strength and endurance through the fall and winter months with this Endurance Cycle Training program. Our supportive and friendly group of cyclists will meet weekly on Sunday afternoon to build stamina and power throughout the months when we can't be outside riding.
2 sessions are offered: Fall '25 and Winter '26.
A full commitment to the program (70%-100% attendance) will give you incredible results and let you start the spring/summer riding season ahead of the game.
FTP testing will take place the first week to give you a personalized Functional Threshold Power rate. You are invited to arrive early to do a “shake out” before testing, or stay after to get used to the bikes, computers, etc.
