This empowering practice focuses on fundamental principles of Pilates, guiding you to a stronger, more balanced, and aligned body. Focus will be on classical Pilates exercises, designed to build core strength and develop a strong and stable center; the foundation for all movement. Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
