Tri Swim Training: Technique Intro (4 wks) $96
Get ready for triathlon season with this small-group swim program focused on improving your technique and efficiency. You’ll develop skills to confidently transition from pool swimming to open water. Perfect for beginner triathletes and intermediate swimmers looking for structured training.
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously using the freestyle swim stroke.
In partnership with Northview Fitness Center we offer this weekly program to help you COMMIT TO BE FIT!
Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
