Each class features structured workouts, instructor encouragement, and technique tips—all aimed at preparing you to compete in an open-water swim. Ideal for triathletes and experienced swimmers looking for guided, goal-oriented swim training.

Each class-series meets weekly on the same day and time to help you get into a routine for a more healthy lifestyle.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels and are scheduled for 35-55 minutes in length.
Space is limited in many classes so early registration is recommended.
