Get ready for triathlon season with this small-group swim program focused on improving your technique and efficiency. You’ll develop skills to confidently transition from pool swimming to open water. Perfect for beginner triathletes and intermediate swimmers looking for structured training. Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously using the freestyle swim stroke. In a partnership with Northview Fitness Center, Fit-4-U Cycle classes meet weekly on the same day and time and are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels.
There are limited number of bikes available in the Center so pre-registration is highly recommended.
All bikes are equiped with SBD shoe clips, as well as baskets for those who wish to wear regular tennis shoes.
